An iconoclast, citizen of the world and passionate of culture, Thierry never settles for the status quo. He has over 40 years' business development experience in a wide variety of companies and industries worldwide.
Over the past decade, his firm Aguialabs has worked with hundreds of leaders, CxO's and Changemakers in Europe, Africa and Middle East to drive innovations, disruptions and mindset shifts that have resulted more stakeholder value and organizations that truly embody their purpose.

A visionary, rebel and insatiably curious, Yohann brings a breath of creativity and pragmatism to his support. Passionate about group dynamics and self-knowledge, he uses personality models as strategic levers to solve the concrete challenges faced by teams and organisations.
An entrepreneur for over 35 years, specialising in collective intelligence and awareness for 20 years, he has supported many large groups in their cultural and strategic transformation. A trained engineer with a degree in Human Resources, also a certified coach and psychotherapist, Olivier fosters the emergence and outreach of individual potentials within teams that need to tackle complex challenges.
He has worked for more than 30 years with CAC40 corporations to accelerate their trategic, cultural and managerial transformations. Founder and leader of Revelacio, he supports the growth of enlightened and inspiring leaders, at the service of the Common Good and Togetherness.
